Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years or older, live in DiFilippo’s Service Company servicing area, and own the home the equipment would be installed in.

2. Employees, family members of employees, or associates of employees are not eligible to participate.

3. The current equipment in the home must be a forced-air heating system. Boilers, hot water, oil, or geothermal systems are not eligible.

4. Entrants do not have to be current clients of DiFilippo’s Service.

Rules:

1. Limit to one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

2. Entrants are required to complete the full online form with valid information.

3. DiFilippo’s Service, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that does not complete the online form in full.

4. All entries must be made through our online form by October 31^st, 2023. Any entries made by other means or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. The winner will have the opportunity to upgrade the winnings at their own cost.

6.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.

7. Entrants cannot redeem special offers or discount with winnings.

8. Finalists must agree to a free system check by DiFilippo’s Service technicians to confirm system details.

9. Any electrical code upgrades in the home will need to be done by a licensed electrician at the expense of the homeowner.

10. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 11/6/2023.

11. The installation must be fully completed by 11/30/2023.

12. DiFilippo’s Service reserves the right to end any contest or amend rules upon announcement by publication at difilippos.com.

13. By entering, you allow DiFilippo’s Service permission to use any photos, videos, or testimonials that we may take or collect from you in the future for marketing/advertising purposes, including but not limited to use on our website and social media pages.
