Regular maintenance (recommended by all HVAC manufacturers) keeps your system running at its maximum efficiency to keep you comfortable all year long. We preschedule plan holders for their tune ups every 6 months to ensure your system is looked at consistently. It is also an opportunity to inspect your system and how it is functioning. Many times, a small issue can be found before it affects unit performance.

What is included in your tune up?

Our technicians perform precision tune ups designed to keep your system operating at peak performance. Each visit includes a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of your system. This includes checking and adjusting electrical components, testing refrigerant levels, checking and clearing the condensate line, changing the filter(s), and cleaning and lubricating moving parts for optimal function. Our technicians are trained professionals focused on delivering a thorough, honest, and comprehensive inspection and service, not a sales pitch.

Will a Maintenance Plan save me money?

Absolutely. Two annual tune-ups normally cost $390, but with our Maintenance Plan, the total is just $350. Plus, members receive a 15% discount on all additional service work.

What if I have an emergency?

Only Maintenance Plan customers are guaranteed emergency service within 24 hours. For your convenience there is a technician on call 24/7 who will return your call within an hour. Just call our main line then press “1” when prompted to be forwarded to him.

Can I make monthly payments?

Yes! Our EZPAY option allows you to spread your Maintenance Plan payments over 12 months — with no added fees.
